When: next Monday 27th July Time: 4pm - 6pm Where: online, via Zoom
Every customer that takes part will receive a £30 Amazon voucher as a thank you for your time and contribution. This will be sent to you via email next week.
We're offering 15 spaces on a first come first served basis so please sign up by 10pm this Thursday 23 July via the link below if you'd like to be part of it!
The session will focus on how well we handle your formal complaints, including how we communicate with you throughout the process and how effectively we resolve the issues you raise. We know we could be doing things better and your feedback will help us to do that so that tenants have a better experience in the future.
Your feedback will form a series of recommendations that will go to our Customer Experience Committee, Board and Executive Team and we'll begin making improvements to our complaints service based on what you tell us. We'll also include Nathan, our Complaints Manager in the focus group so that he can answer your questions about how we manage complaints in real time.
Out of respect for everyone who gives up their time, we won't be discussing individual cases. Instead, we'll be focussing on the quality of our complaint responses and your overall experience of making a formal complaint. If you do have outstanding issues with your own case however, you can let us know on the form below and we'll pass it to the people who are best placed to fix your issue.
To save your place, simply let us know by completing the form below by 10pm on Thursday 23 July. We’ll confirm your place by the end of this week by sending you a link to the zoom call. Places are limited, so if you don’t hear from us, it means you missed out this time. But if you’d like to be involved in similar sessions in the future, then please indicate this on the form below.
