We're holding a focus group shaped by fellow tenants and being run by Ellie Darling from Tpas, the tenant engagement experts (www.tpas.org.uk). Ellie is independent of RHP and has 18 years of experience in tenant scrutiny and resident engagement. Details are:

Every customer who takes part will receive a £30 Amazon voucher as a thank you for your time and contribution.
We're offering 15 spaces on a first come first served basis so please sign up below by 10pm on Thursday 23 July if you'd like to be part of it!
Out of respect for everyone who gives up their time, we won't be discussing individual cases. Instead, we'll focus on the quality of our complaint responses and your overall experience of making a formal complaint. If you'd like us to contact you separately about your own complaint, please let us know on the form below.
