Ham Social Value Fund

RHP Group is working in collaboration with The Hill Group on the regeneration of Ham Close. 452 new affordable and private sale homes and two new community facilities will replace the existing 192 homes 🏡🛝🌲🏫

The Hill Group has committed £250,000 a year for 8 years from 2024 to invest in social value and sustainability to support and build stronger communities. This investment in our communities will contribute towards the improvement of the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of our customers and the communities that you live in.

Projects focus on health & wellbeing❤️‍🩹 learning and development🎓 and financial security or support. 💷

If you're a local resident, work with a community group, not for profit group, registered charity or a social enterprise we would urge you to make an application to the fund to make a difference to your community. We are here to support you through the application.
