This policy explains how RHP will support customers who need to move out of their home temporarily or permanently when their property becomes unsafe or unsuitable to live in, such as following a fire, flood, major repairs, or serious damp and mould issues. It sets out the circumstances in which alternative accommodation will be provided, the support and costs RHP will cover, and how decisions will be made to ensure customers are treated fairly, safely and with minimal disruption.
