At RHP, we want everyone to feel valued, respected and able to be themselves. We know that our customers come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and circumstances, and we're committed to making sure our services work for everyone. As part of our ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), we've updated our EDI Policy. The policy sits alongside our RHP Group EDI Strategy and sets out the principles, responsibilities and standards that guide how we work.
The updated policy:
Clarifies our commitment to treating everyone fairly, with dignity and respect.
Strengthens our focus on providing accessible and inclusive services.
Reaffirms our commitment to making reasonable adjustments where needed.
Sets out the responsibilities of our board, leaders, and colleagues for creating an inclusive culture.
Explains the legal and regulatory standards that help shape our approach.
Commits us to using customer feedback, engagement and data to better understand and respond to customers' needs.
Importantly, we want our services to be accessible, fair and responsive to the different needs of the people who live in our homes.
Before the policy is finalised, we'd like to hear what you think.
Your feedback will help us understand whether the policy is clear, whether it reflects what matters most to our customers and whether there is anything we've missed. Pleasereadthedraftpolicyandcompletetheshortsurveybelowtoletusknowyourviews.
