RHP is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone living in our high-rise buildings.

A Resident Engagement Strategy should ensure residents have a clear, meaningful, and consistent voice in how services in high rise buildings are delivered and improved. It gives residents the opportunity to have their say, let them know how we will listen and how their views will make a difference.

We have attached 2 of our Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategies for Orleans Court and Slade House. See Documents section

These strategies should ensure residents in our high rise buildings are:

  • Informed about building safety risks and evacuation arrangements.
  • Aware who the Building Safety Manager is and their role.
  • Provided with clear information that is accessible for all.
  • Know where to access up to date safety information.
  • Understand the purpose of a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP's)
  • Listened to and able to influence decisions in a timely and meaningful way.
  • Involved in building safety decision making.
  • Able to raise concerns easily, challenge decisions or request clarification.
  • Instilled with high levels of trust, confidence and perceived safety.

We want to make sure that we are continually improving our processes and communication. By responding to the survey you will be actively helping us to improve the high-rise living experience for our residents. Thanks for getting involved🙏
