This project has ended.  Thanks so much for sharing your views. You can see how we used your views and the insight from other customers by visiting our 'You Spoke, We Listened' page.

We are currently reviewing our Assignment and Succession Policy, to ensure it is fair, clear and works for all of our customers. We'd really value your feedback on this.

It replaces our Discretionary Allocation Policy so we now have a single policy covering the different types of succession and assignments. We believe combining these into one policy will be much clearer.

This policy sets out how tenancy rights can be transferred or passed on through assignment or succession, in line with legal requirements and tenancy agreements. It also explains how requests will be assessed, ensuring they are handled sensitively while making the best use of our homes and supporting customers where they do not have a right to remain.

We always want to incorporate our customers' views when we update our policies. So please take a couple of minutes to read the policy, and answer a few questions by sharing your feedback below.
