Focus Group
We’re reviewing how we respond to anti-social behaviour (ASB) and want to make sure our service is fair, clear and works well for all our customers. Whether you’ve experienced ASB yourself or simply want to share your views about your local area, we’d really value your feedback. We're holding an ASB focus group on Friday 4 September at 4-6pm in our offices (8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington). Out of respect for everyone who gives up their time, we won't be discussing individual cases at these sessions. As a thank you for coming along, you’ll receive a £30 Amazon voucher for attending. Sign up using the form below.
Online feedback
If you can't make the focus group, we'd still love to hear your views. You can do this by completing the survey below ("share your views").
This survey isn’t intended to review individual cases, but to help us improve the way we deliver our service for everyone. Before completing the survey, please take time to review the links to information available on our website, and to our policy. Thank you for sharing your views.
Feedback from the focus group and the online survey will help us understand what matters most to our customers, where we can improve and how we can continue to develop our service. We’ll use what you tell us to help shape future improvements and share the actions we take as a result.
